A Welcoming Women’s Golf League in Chilliwack

The Kinkora Ladies League is a seasonal women’s golf league designed for friendly competition, steady play, and community connection. Open to players of varying skill levels, the league offers structured weekly games in a relaxed and supportive environment.

2026 Ladies League Play Begins: April 16th

We are getting ready to start the Ladies League! It was decided at the meeting on Tuesday, March 12 that we will start league play on April 16th. Carrie has offered to be at Kinkora on March 19th and March 26th from 11am to 1pm to collect dues which will be $30.00 this year. If you absolutely can not make one of these dates, please leave your money together with your name in an envelope with Ann at the desk.

A couple of notes about the league this year:

  1. There have been no statistics kept since 2019 so we will be starting handicaps and flights over again. Four league games will be required to start your handicap calculations. Thus no skins, chip ins or low net statistics will be calculated for the first four weeks of play. Then we will set up three flights and will determine the grouping within the flights.

  2. Several members of the league executive will be leaving their position at the end of this season. If anyone is interested in volunteering for next year, please let one of the captains know. It is important to note that if these positions are not filled, the league will not be possible next year.

  3. If friends or relatives wish to play with us as the season progresses, they are welcome to join, pay the $30.00 and provide their information as in past years.

  4. If you know a league member who does not get email, please pass this information on. If they would like to play this season, ask them to contact either Bunny or Pauline.
